As a leading service provider in the field of microarrays, Creative Proteomics is committed to designing and developing various effective antibody microarrays for protein analysis. Our microarray test platform provides a full range of microarray-based measurement services, such as cytokines, inflammatory factors, phosphorylated proteins, and so on. With our proven capabilities and expertise, we are confident to provide you with high-resolution quantitative protein analysis to escort your research.
Antibody-based microarrays are a new and powerful proteomics technology that can be used to generate fast and detailed expression profiles of identified protein analyte groups in complex samples and high-resolution images of the entire proteome. The miniaturized antibody microarray arranges a small number (pL level or less) of several individual antibodies in an ordered pattern on discrete locations on solid support (acting as specific probes or capture molecules), performing multiplex and ultra-sensitive detection. The array is then incubated with a small amount (labeled) non-fractionated biological sample. Next, use fluorescence as the detection mode to detect and quantify specifically bound analytes (such as proteins, haptens, and carbohydrates). In an experiment, it is an economical model to specifically detect several analytes and consume only a small amount of samples at the same time. The generated array image can then be converted into a protein expression profile or map, revealing the detailed composition of the sample. Therefore, this promising proteomics research tool will provide unique opportunities for disease proteomics, biomarker discovery, and disease diagnosis.

Our antibody microarray series contains a complete range of products, which can be used for most proteomics analysis and measurement. The analysis of "antigens of interest" in biological samples based on the principle of antigen-antibody specific immune binding is an extremely widely used strategy. Our antibody microarray products provide a variety of designs based on membranes and slides. Researchers can choose from a wide range of antibody microarrays to study protein changes (cytokines, inflammatory factors, heat shock proteins, etc.) and phosphorylation ( Signal path-related) events. The process of this service includes experimental plan design, design plan submission, sample reception, microarray testing, data harvesting and bioinformatics analysis. Our experts will communicate with you the design of the experimental protocol, including the selection of microarray products or custom personalized antibody microarrays. After that, a detailed plan report will be provided to the customer. Our testing services can analyze many types of biological samples, including tissues (fresh or fixed), cells, blood, and so on. After receiving the sample mailed by the customer, we will pre-process the sample, including the identification of the sample quality. You can ask for precautions in advance. Next, complete the test work and data harvest through our microarray detection platform. Finally, our bioinformatics team will analyze the harvested data in detail and provide processing reports and raw data.
