In the diagnosis of complex diseases such as cancer, a set of biomarkers containing multiple proteins can provide higher sensitivity and specificity than a single biomarker. And this feature is that the antibody microarray is limited by the characteristics of the antibody itself, which has certain limitations in the analysis experiment. In order to improve this situation, the antibody colocalization microarray technology came into being. Antibody Co-localization Microarray (ACM), a variant of antibody microarray, is to avoid cross-reaction caused by reagents by printing a single detection antibody on the corresponding capture antibody. Eliminate unwanted interactions by running a single-plex detection array that is achieved by isolating the detection antibody in a single nanodroplet. When detecting proteins in biological fluids, the absence of cross-reactions can achieve a higher level of multiplex analysis, reduce background, improve sensitivity, and ensure accurate and specific results.

We provide multiple immunoassay microarray services based on co-localization microarray technology. The main content of this service includes combined immunoassays. Protein microarray-based array systems or suspension microarrays are recognized as a form of multiple sandwich immunoassay. In order to study inflammatory diseases, protein arrays can be used to analyze changes in plasma protein levels, such as cytokines, chemokines, soluble receptors and matrix metalloproteinases. Our service process includes microarray design and production, sample preparation, microarray hybridization, then spotting with detection antibodies, and finally harvesting data and conducting biological information analysis. The service process includes printing and incubation of capture antibody, incubation of diluted sample and antigen standard after washing and sealing. Then, after washing and drying, the homologous biotinylated detection antibody is printed at the same position as the captured antibody, incubated with fluorescent streptavidin, washed and dried, and then scanned and harvested. Choosing to outsource this application not only saves time and effort, but also benefits from technical expertise and facilities dedicated to antibody-based research. Such services can provide researchers with the advantages of various immunoassay options.
