Phosphorylation Profile Antibody Microarray is a high-throughput ELISA-based antibody array for qualitative protein phosphorylation analysis. The phosphorylation of multiple receptors in a single sample was confirmed one by one by designing immunoprecipitation and western blotting. The analysis of multiple targets in this way may be time-consuming and laborious and may require specialized equipment. Performing multiple single-molecule analyses requires time, labor, and reagents, and it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the operation. Using multiple antibody arrays to detect multiple phosphorylations in a single sample is not only cost-effective, but also saves precious samples. Our phosphorylated antibody microarray uses a membrane-based sandwich immunoassay method. The capture antibody repeatedly found on the microarray binds to the specific target protein present in the sample. The antibody detects the phosphorylation of the captured protein and then uses a chemiluminescence detection reagent to visualize it.
