The protein expression profile analysis antibody microarray uses a slide-based sandwich immunoassay method. Its biggest feature is simple operation and short cycle. In the first step, the capture antibody repeatedly spotted on the membrane binds (hybridizes) to the specific target protein present in the sample. The captured protein (label) is then detected with a biotinylated detection antibody, and finally visualized with a chemiluminescence detection reagent, the generated signal is collected, and the amount of bound analyte is analyzed (data collection).
Application of Protein Expression Profiling Antibody Microarray
