Serum Protein Profile Analysis

It is necessary to conduct comprehensive proteomic analysis on a large number of patient plasma and serum samples to identify biomarkers of human diseases. The identification of autoantigens for systemic diseases can help infer early diagnosis and prognostic indicators for malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and other systemic diseases. Protein microarray is an important platform for studying protein-protein interactions and analyzing autoantigens related to diseases. In the past two decades, protein arrays have been widely used in a variety of clinically relevant studies. The high-throughput properties of microarrays are of great benefit to the analysis of a large number of protein components in serum and plasma. Using the microarray platform, it is possible to screen autoantibodies against potential autoantigens on the whole proteome array. This method can retain full-length human proteins to form an autoantibody library. The identification of such autoantigens can help infer early diagnosis and prognostic indicators for malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases and other systemic diseases.

Service Process

Based on protein microarray, antibody microarray and reverse microarray technology, we have developed a microarray service for plasma and serum antibody profile analysis. This service aims to screen and evaluate antibody libraries against self-antigens at the hematological level through high-throughput methods. At the same time, we also provide reverse array services for proteins derived from serum and plasma. Our service process is optional sample processing, microarray design & printing, microarray testing and data analysis. Microarray design and printing are mainly for reversed-phase arrays and custom arrays. Our team of scientists can assist you in completing the design part. Contamination of serum and plasma samples should be avoided during the sampling process. Our analysis uses a microarray to make a unique partition design. The antibody microarray can detect more than 5,000 targets, most of which come from the reported antibodies against self-antigens. To view the specific target catalog, you can ask our experts.
