We are confident to provide you with high-quality products and high-quality services to help scientific research.

RPPA Technology

The immunoassay array is usually a "sandwich" assay method. A series of antibodies immobilized on a solid phase is usually used to capture the target analyte, and a second antibody against a different epitope on the same protein is used as a detection molecule. In contrast, reversed-phase microarrays have been developed on this basis. This method of immobilizing analytes (antigens) on a solid phase and then using antibodies or other affinity reagents to detect specific targets is called reversed-phase microarrays. This array format allows simultaneous quantification of a protein in multiple samples under the same experimental conditions. A special protein microarray is formed for the detection of protein components in the sample. Reverse-phase protein array (RPPA) has gradually developed and is a very promising sensitive and accurate high-throughput technology for the quantitative measurement of hundreds of signal proteins in biological and clinical samples. RPPA is a proteomics method based on sensitive antibodies that can quantify multiple proteins and post-translational modifications in multiple sample sets.

Service Process

Based on the microarray test platform, we provide reverse protein microarray services. This service can be used to detect and quantify the target protein of interest in biological samples. The service process is the separation of sample proteins, microarray design, and printing, microarray detection, data collection, and analysis. This service is suitable for protein composition analysis of cultured cells or cells isolated from human biopsy tissues (including formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues). You can mail the biological sample to our laboratory, and we will complete the determination and give a report in a short time. We offer a variety of proven product combinations that can be used to analyze multiple protein components simultaneously. For example, the detected proteins cover key cancer metastasis, cell cycle and other classic signaling pathways. Our data analysis service includes dilution curve, spotting, control, signal detection, antibody verification and protein level calculation.

Our Features

  • Provide a set of pre-specified protein expression data in a set of tissue or cell line samples
  • Minimize sample loss and high reproducibility, so that precious samples can be fully utilized
  • Compared with mass spectrometry-based techniques, the sample preparation is easier, and the detection of low-abundance signal proteins in a large linear range has extraordinary sensitivity

Creative Proteomics provides high-quality microarray tools and convenient detection services to study hypothetical protein profiles of interest. We have a large and well-equipped team of scientists who are committed to cooperating with researchers from all over the world. By choosing outsourcing testing services, your advantage is that you do not need to consider any other expenses, such as equipment, laboratory space, supervision or management. This convenient method can quickly turn around and provide reliable results, thus saving valuable time and resources. Please contact us for more detailed information.
