Heat shock protein (HSP) is a highly conserved molecular chaperone that exists in all living cells and is involved in a variety of physiological processes related to development, differentiation, survival, aging and death. After oxidation and other forms of stress, HSP usually increases. At the cellular level, they participate in protein homeostasis, thereby preventing protein denaturation and unfolding under normal and stress conditions (such as high temperature, low oxygen, heavy metals, chemical reagents and anti-tumor drugs). On the other hand, heat shock proteins are usually overexpressed in tumor cells, and they are called "tumorogenesis chaperones" because they promote tumor cell proliferation and inhibit apoptosis. HSPs are a common condition in cells (including under stress conditions including carcinogenesis). They all act as molecular chaperones and inhibitors of apoptosis. Therefore, the role of HSPs in tumors is gradually being emphasized. The heat shock protein antibody microarray can be used for high-throughput analysis of heat shock protein expression, while the heat shock protein printed microarray can be used to screen inhibitors or detect heat shock antibody expression.

For heat shock protein analysis services, we provide two types of microarray services, one is antibody microarray, which can quantitatively analyze heat shock proteins in biological samples. Our human heat shock protein antibody microarray can detect 9 targets, and compatible sample types include cell culture supernatant, cell lysate, plasma, serum, and tissue lysate. The other is a printed heat shock protein microarray, which can be used for protein interaction analysis, heat shock antibody or heat shock protein inhibitor screening. The use of heat shock protein microarrays for related antibody research is convenient for development and application. Based on the importance of HSPs in diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease or malaria, inhibitors of these molecular chaperones are needed, and heat shock protein microarrays facilitate the development and testing of inhibitors.
