We are confident to provide you with high-quality products and high-quality services to help scientific research.

Kinase Profiling and High-throughput Analysis Method

Kinases can phosphorylate multiple peptide substrates, although the number of phosphorylated substrates for each kinase may vary greatly. Kinase's microarray services are derived from protein microarray services. Commonly used microarrays include substrate peptide microarrays and in-situ synthetic microarrays. These microarrays can provide large-scale parallel quantitative measurement capabilities. It is a flexible platform that can be designed to fit many different applications. This approach can not only screen therapeutic synthetic peptides through rapid design, synthesis, and screening of various peptides and peptide analogs against important therapeutic targets. In addition, peptide microarrays can be used as tools for the study of kinases, antibodies and autoantibodies, and phosphopeptide binding proteins. Kinases can phosphorylate a variety of peptide substrates. Kinases are a key component of cell signal transduction pathways through microarray methods. Quantitative measurement of kinase activity by using peptides as specific kinase substrates on custom synthesized addressable peptide microarrays.

Service Process

Based on protein microarray development of kinase analysis service, our protein kinase substrate peptide microarray can be used for proteomics-scale kinase analysis, quantitative measurement of kinase kinetic activity and drug discovery research. Kinase arrays can be used for qualitative/semi-quantitative protein expression profiling. At present, the testable items of the array come from the kinase family AGC, CAMK, CK1, CMGC, STE, TK and TKL, etc. This service is based on customized peptide microarrays, and we have extensive experience in microarray production. Perform protein kinase reactions on a comprehensive array of substrates. Our team of scientists will work with you, from peptide selection, array design, experiments to data analysis. Our experimental team can assist in probe design and be able to proficiently perform detection. In addition, we also provide derivative bioinformatics services. We have a comprehensive set of bioinformatics tools for in-depth dynamic data analysis and quantitative measurement curve analysis.

Application of Kinase Assay Service

The detectable items of our microarray include kinase reactivity, kinase substrate analysis and kinase kinetics test. It can provide assistance for scientific research and drug discovery.

  • Measure kinase activity and inhibitor effect. Acquire hundreds of reaction distribution graphs and curves in parallel to obtain related parameters.
  • Protein kinase substrate analysis. Large-scale mapping of kinase substrate specificity, detection and discovery of novel kinases, and verification of computationally predicted or other types of kinase substrate peptide candidates.
  • Quantitative protein kinase kinetics study. Quantitative measurement of protein kinase kinetic activity (PKA study).
  • Drug development. Competitive assays were used to screen the inhibitory effects of kinase enzyme activity, identify substrate peptides as biomarkers, and use multiple reactions to study signal pathways.

Creative Proteomics provides high-quality microarray tools and convenient detection services for kinase analysis. We have a large and well-equipped team of scientists who are committed to cooperating with researchers from all over the world. By choosing outsourcing testing services, your advantage is that you do not need to consider any other expenses, such as equipment, laboratory space, supervision or management. This convenient method can quickly turn around and provide reliable results, thus saving valuable time and resources. Please contact us for more detailed information.
