Creative Proteomics is a leading supplier in the field of protein/peptide microarrays, committed to providing high-quality microarray solutions to customers around the world. We have completed a large number of research projects related to genome analysis in cooperation with many scientific research institutions, universities, companies and non-clinical research organizations.

Protein microarrays and peptide microarrays are typical applications that currently use the sandwich method to achieve high-throughput immunoassays. Protein microarrays, especially functional protein microarrays, are becoming a promising new tool for large-scale and high-throughput biological research and clinical research. The most useful features of protein microarrays are their miniaturization (low reagent and sample consumption), high sensitivity, and parallel/high-throughput analysis capabilities. Protein microarrays are not only used to characterize the functions of previously uncharacterized proteins but also to discover new functions of previously characterized proteins. For example, the application scenarios that have been reported so far include the study of protein-protein interactions, protein-DNA interactions, protein-lipid interactions, protein-drug interactions, protein-receptor interactions, antigen-antibody interactions, protein -Phospholipid interaction, kinase activity analysis and serum analysis. In addition, functional protein microarrays can also be used to analyze protein post-translational modifications (including phosphorylation, ubiquitination, acetylation, etc.).

Available Services

Key PointsDescription
CytokineCytokines are end effectors that respond to complex cell signals. Microarray detection methods overcome the shortcomings of single-target detection. We provide a variety of cytokine microarray products and combination services to quantitatively detect cytokine components in biological samples.
ChemokineChemokines belong to a class of cellular stress-related proteins. Our chemokine profile analysis service can perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of the components in liquid biological samples. This is a membrane-based antibody array for parallel determination of the relative levels of selected human chemokines.
Phosphorylated ProteinProtein phosphorylation is critical to the function of a large number of proteins. An important step in analyzing signal networks is to identify and characterize individual proteins and broader phosphorylation sites in the proteome. The phosphorylated protein microarray service is based on a series of quantitative detection services for phosphorylated antibodies.
Growth FactorGrowth factors are involved in cell differentiation and are essential for the normal cell cycle, especially tumorigenesis and development (cell proliferation, migration) and embryonic development (cell development). We provide quantitative detection services for corresponding growth factors based on protein microarrays and tissue microarrays.
Heat Shock ProteinHeat shock protein (HSP) is a highly conserved molecular chaperone that exists in all living cells and participates in various physiological processes related to development, differentiation, survival, aging and death. Our microarray platform provides microarray services for screening of HSP-related antibodies and inhibitors, as well as the quantification of HSP in biological samples.
Inflammatory FactorsInflammatory factors (inflammatory mediator proteins) include cytokines, chemokines, and other small molecular proteins related to inflammation, and are usually associated with acute and chronic disease states. Our inflammatory factor microarray service lipid targeting analysis of the expression of inflammatory factors in different disease models is a quantitative measurement service.
Multiple ImmunoassayThis is a comprehensive service for microarray analysis of cytokine storms caused by external stimuli or infections in animal models. In this way, the full picture of the cytokine storm can be analyzed, or a broader view can be obtained to facilitate a better understanding of the expression in this situation.
Epitope MappingEpitope mapping is the process of identifying the binding site on an antigen and its corresponding antibody. By elucidating the mechanism of action, epitope mapping methods can help develop monoclonal antibodies. Epitope localization has become one of the key elements in vaccine and drug development. This service aims to identify the binding sites of proteins and their corresponding antigens.
Serum Protein ProfilingThis is a microarray service for high-throughput analysis of antibody and protein components in serum. Based on protein microarray, antibody microarray and reverse microarray technology, we have developed a microarray service for plasma and serum antibody profiling.
Kinase ProfilingOur protein kinase substrate peptide microarrays use protein kinase substrate peptide microarrays to provide comprehensive kinase analysis services for proteomics-scale kinase analysis, quantitative measurement of kinase kinetic activity, and drug discovery research.
Antigen MicroarrayAntigen microarrays are powerful tools for many applications, including serological and epidemiological investigations, autoantibody detection, biomarker analysis, and characterization of protein-molecule interactions. This service can detect the presence of antibodies or other biomarkers in samples in parallel, and provide assistance in the development of drugs to treat diseases. We provide customized antigen microarray services based on protein microarrays.
Reversed-phase Protein Array (RPPA)Reversed-phase protein array (RPPA) is a very promising, sensitive and accurate high-throughput technology for the quantitative measurement of hundreds of signal proteins in biological and clinical samples. RPPA is a proteomics method based on sensitive antibodies that can quantify multiple proteins and post-translational modifications in multiple sample groups. We provide reverse protein microarray services to detect and quantify target proteins of interest in biological samples.
Histone PTM AnalysisHistone PTM, including acetylation, phosphorylation, and methylation, affects chromatin structure in a type and site-specific manner, and further affects gene expression. Our histone post-translational modification microarray service provides high-quality microarray tools to accelerate this analysis process.
Protein Domain MicroarrayOur protein interaction microarray service relies on domain microarray technology and addressing microarrays to help identify proteins that interact with post-translational modification (PTM) motifs. This service is based on protein domain array analysis and is an interesting tool for studying protein binding analysis.
Monoclonal Antibody ScreeningThe production of monoclonal antibodies is a multi-stage, time-consuming and expensive process. The high-throughput characteristics of microarray tools can accelerate this process. We provide monoclonal antibody screening microarray services based on peptide microarray and cell array technology to achieve high-throughput single cell separation and analysis.
